Mercury
Benchtop true-silicone & soft-material printer
Mercury is the benchtop machine for true silicone and two-part reactive materials. It prints genuine platinum-cure silicone from 20A to 50A Shore — not a flexible filament pretending to be soft — which is what makes custom-fit prosthetic sockets, compliant grippers and printed electronics possible on a desk.
- 100 × 100 × 100 mm
- 20A–50A Shore
- Suitcase portable
[ Process in operation ]
From material
to function.
Four stages, one machine: Mercury's soft-material process from digital toolpath to a finished, functional geometry.
Mercury deposits soft material along a digitally defined toolpath.
Successive deposition builds the required three-dimensional form.
The completed geometry retains the soft-material characteristics the application requires.
Printed soft structures demonstrate how direct manufacturing moves from digital geometry toward functional use.

Printed silicone fingers
Soft, flexible geometry
Soft silicone finger geometries produced directly through controlled deposition, demonstrating Mercury's ability to manufacture flexible three-dimensional structures.
