Industrial true-composite 3D printer
Saturn prints continuous carbon, glass and aramid fibre together with foam cores, silicones and conductive materials in a single mould-free build, for parts that have to carry load: airframes, arms, housings, structures.

One build.
No mould, no assembly.
Composite parts normally need a mould, a cure cycle and a separate assembly step to join core, skin and fittings. Saturn removes all three — the toolpath is the tooling.
No tooling to cut and no mould to cure against. Part geometry comes from the toolpath, not a cavity.
Fibre, foam core and reactive functional materials are laid down in the same job, on the same machine.
Built for parts that carry load — airframes, arms, housings — not display models or prototypes for looks alone.
