These are pre-orders. Here is exactly when a machine leaves us and how it reaches you.
The short version
These are pre-orders for a product not yet released. Units are built in the first production batch and dispatched from September 2026. Nothing ships before then, whatever your order date.

If the production schedule moves, we tell you in writing as soon as we know, with the revised date and your options — including cancelling for a full refund. We would rather lose an order than miss a date quietly.
Where we ship
Within India
Delivery anywhere in India is included in the price. Machines travel by insured surface transport from Noida, on a pallet, with the crate sealed.
Outside India
We ship internationally on request. Freight, insurance, customs duties and any local taxes are quoted separately and are payable by you. Write to contact@makevery.in before ordering so we can quote.
On the day
- You get the carrier name and tracking reference by email on the day of dispatch
- Someone must be available to receive the crate; it is not a doorstep delivery you can leave to a neighbour
- Check the crate for visible damage before signing. If it is damaged, note it on the delivery paperwork and photograph it
- Tell us about transit damage within 48 hours of delivery, with photographs, and we will replace or repair at our cost
Failed delivery
If delivery fails because nobody was available or the address was wrong, the carrier will attempt redelivery. Repeated failed attempts may attract a re-dispatch charge at cost. Keep your address and phone number current by writing to us.
Title and risk
Ownership passes to you on full payment. Risk of loss or damage passes on delivery. Goods in transit are insured by us.
